How has yoga class helped you?

What’s the teacher like?

“Yoga classes help me to feel calm and relaxed, and energised too. Alex’s yoga class is different because she doesn’t just follow the same routine every week. I attend gentle yoga but the class can be challenging too.  Also, I feel that Alex makes sure she understands each individual in the group and can adapt the lesson to suit everyone’s needs.” Margo
